Class Descriptions:
Jump Class - for athletes ages 6+ looking to improve their jump technique using a variety of drills and conditioning. This class is being offered in-person and online via zoom!
Strength & Conditioning Class - for athletes ages 8+ looking to improve their fitness using as variety of conditioning exercises and techniques. This class is being offered in-person and online via zoom!
Stretch & Flexibility Class - This online class is designed for athletes ages 8+ looking to improve their flexibility using as variety of stretching exercises and techniques from the comfort of their own home. A Zoom link will be sent out to registered athletes before the classes begin.
Flyer Class - This online class is designed for athletes ages 8+ looking to improve their air positions, balance, and technique using a variety of drills, stretching and conditioning from the comfort of their own home. A Zoom link will be sent out to registered athletes before the classes begin.

Classes begin Sunday September 11, 2022 and finish Monday December 19, 2022.
There are no classes on Sunday October 9, Monday October 10, Monday October 31, and Sunday December 4th.

The 2022-2023 KE recreational membership fee of $35+HST applies which includes insurance and a KE t-shirt that athletes can wear to practice. This fee is good until April 30, 2023 and is paid once for the May 2022-April 2023 season. (This fee is included in the competitive team membership fee.)
Kingston Elite reserves the right to cancel/combine any classes with insufficient registration.

REFUND POLICY:
1. The membership fee is non-refundable but if you return to take a class with us within the season (until April 30, 2023) the membership fee will still be active.
2. If you and/or your child are not completely satisfied after your first class, the balance of tuition will be returned less $30. As of the second class and onward, 50% of the remaining tuition will be refunded.
3. Make-up classes and fees are not given due to vacation, sickness, conflicting schedules, failure to pass the pre-class screening procedure, etc.
4. Clothing orders already processed and other tuck-shop items are final sale only. No refunds are issued.
