  • Maintains high safety standards and follows the proper skill continuum
  • was immersed in using proper technique throughout their careers
  • were regarded among the most outstanding athletes on their teams
  • Is chosen for their leadership skills and track-record as role models
  • upholds KE’s philosophy of using cheerleading as a means to improve one’s quality of life
  • Is a certified coach with the USASF and/or NCCP for the levels they coach
  • has current certification in First Aid, Sport Injury and Risk Management, and CPR and have clear background checks
